Stacia has been a teacher in the Philadelphia yoga community for the last 13 years. She found yoga in high school as a form of recovery after knee surgeries but then in her early twenties discovered the neuroscience of yoga and breath and how it supports positive shifts in the mind/body relationship rewiring her relationship to anxiety and depression. Prior to her injuries she was a dancer and athlete, so anatomy, smart sequencing, and integral alignment have a strong presence in her classes. Stacia is soulful, strong, and loving. She aims to lead classes geared towards all levels and all bodies. She believes yoga is more than just your relationship to your body on the mat. Yoga becomes part of you and you can experience that deeper connection and appreciation in all you do.
